Tom Hall begins his 9th year in the Longshots Baseball program and third in the Senior Division in 2012. Tom coached the senior class team the past two seasons and will serve in the same role in 2011. In addition to his on-field role, Tom also helps lead the infield defensive program within the organization. Prior to his time with the Longshots, Hall spent four years coaching in the Downers Grove Youth Baseball program.
Tom has also served on the Longshots Board as the Director of Coach Development for 5 years and has been integral in the design and execution of the annual training seminars for new and existing coaches within the program. He has also been involved in designing and documenting practice plans for youth coaches within the program for the past eight years.
Tom played high school baseball at Oak Park-River Forest High School and was named team MVP in 1977.
