Mike Bava begins his 5th year in the Longshots Baseball program in 2012. Bava managed the class of 2014 team each of the last two seasons. Mike has coached and managed travel baseball teams of various age levels for 12 years. Mike works across the whole Senior Division, and is also involved as one of the program's pitching coaches. Prior to his time with the Longshots, Bava also served as a freshman and sophomore coach at Montini High School.
Bava also served as the Athletic Director of St. Mary of Gostyn School in Downers Grove for 10 years.
