Jim Tidaback joined the Longshots program in 2010 as an assistant coach for the Class of 2012 team. This year he is continuing his assistant coaching duties with the Class of 2012 team. Tidaback has coached travel baseball in the Will County area for more than 10 years. He is a professional hitting instructor that specializes in teaching the fundamentals of hitting to youth baseball and softball players. Coach Tidaback is also an umpire for the Will County Umpires Association and the IHSA.
